Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and can be done with the link provided in your booking alert or by texting me at 828-242-2938.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for late cancellation (after 24 hours) and 100% for no call-no shows, including being 15 minutes or more late for the appointment.
